African branch

The African Branch of the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (formerly known as the Sub-Saharan Branch) was established on November 2, 2015 in cooperation with the Budapest Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The aim of the department is to promote economic co-operation between Hungary and the countries of the sub-Saharan region within an organized framework. The department strives to provide assistance to MKIK Member Companies in various fields. Expanding business opportunities is considered a priority, for which purpose they organize business meetings, information forums, business delegations and help companies. In the Africa section of the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Károly Kovács was commissioned as CEO of PURECO Kft to lead the Africa section of the Chamber.
